Brynwood Needleworks has been in business since 1991. My cross stitch sampler designs have been available in the United States, Great Britain and Australia and can still be found from time to time.
My business has since developed into a part-time effort as I enjoy more time with my husband, following his retirement and our move to Florida. In the fall of 2016, we purchased a 100 year old farmhouse back in our home state of Wisconsin to be closer to our sons, their wives and our grandchildren. We'll continue to travel back to Florida as time and commitments allow.
I only offer high quality, heirloom-quality, handcrafted products and designs, along with some supplies and vintage, one-of-a-kind items.
I live and work by The Golden Rule, treating others as I'd wish to be treated. My favorite quote is "The way to use life is to do something that outlasts it." My fondest wish is that you are entirely happy with the items I create to share with you, and that they are treasured by you to be passed down and shared with others.
All of my items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.
I hope you enjoy shopping in my Etsy shop. Thanks for stopping by!
I only accept payment via PayPal and the new Etsy checkout. It's fast, easy, secure. No need to share a credit card with me. Just use one of my available checkout options!
Custom orders must be paid in full to be put into my production queue. I will immediately advise when you can expect me to ship out your completed item(s) upon receipt of your payment.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail for your convenience. I will state in individual listings whether you will be responsible for shipping costs, or whether I will pay to ship an item to you.
International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and or fees associated with the purchase (over and above the basic postage/shipping costs paid).
Patterns may be available in either pdf form or hard copies. I will state format in the listings. If they are in pdf form, I'll need your valid email address to forward your pattern after receipt of payment.
No returns on patterns in any format. Handcrafted items are only returnable if they are received in damaged condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.
There are always exceptions to the rule. If you feel an item needs to be returned, PLEASE contact me first so that we can discuss your issue. Items may only be returned with prior approval from me, or I will reject them. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds (if given) do not include shipping costs.
I describe all items accurately in an effort to fully inform you before you spend your hard-earned money. Feel free to convo me with any questions prior to purchase.
